Future Think Pty Ltd — Privacy Policy · Effective 1 September 2026
How Future Think collects, uses and protects information when you visit futurethink.net.au or get in touch with us — written in plain language, not legalese.
§ 1 — Who this covers
This policy explains how Future Think Pty Ltd ("Future Think", "we", "us") handles information collected through futurethink.net.au. It applies to visitors browsing the site and to anyone who emails us directly.
Future Think is a venture builder — some of the products in our portfolio (HealthPlus, BAPLIE, Container Wise and others) operate their own services with their own privacy terms, which we recommend reading separately when you use those products. This policy is about the futurethink.net.au website only.
§ 2 — What we collect
We keep this deliberately narrow. The site has no sign-up forms, no accounts and no checkout — so there are only two ways information reaches us.
| Category | What it includes | How it's collected |
|---|---|---|
| Usage & device data | Pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (city-level), device and browser type, referring site | Google Analytics |
| Cookies | Anonymous identifiers used to distinguish sessions and repeat visits | Google Analytics cookies |
| Contact details | Your name, email address and whatever you choose to write | only if you email us |
We don't collect anything beyond this. There's no payment data, no account passwords, and no personal information gathered without you either visiting the site or emailing us first.
§ 3 — How we use it
If you email hello@futurethink.net.au, we use your name, address and message only to respond and to follow up on whatever you contacted us about.
Aggregated Google Analytics data tells us which pages get read, which don't, and where visitors come from — so we can improve the site, not track individuals.
As an approved Australian and NSW Government supplier, we may occasionally need to retain records to satisfy procurement, tax or regulatory requirements.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Full stop.
§ 6 — Security & retention
The site is served over HTTPS with an enforced redirect from HTTP, so traffic between your browser and futurethink.net.au is encrypted in transit. We keep the systems behind the site patched and access-restricted, and we retain emailed correspondence only for as long as it's needed to handle your enquiry or to meet a legal or record-keeping obligation.
§ 7 — Your rights
Future Think handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can ask us to:
Email hello@futurethink.net.au and we'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled a privacy concern, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
§ 8 — Children's privacy
futurethink.net.au is a corporate website and isn't directed at or designed for children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
§ 9 — Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The "Effective" date in the header always reflects the latest version — check back periodically if you want to stay current.
§ 10 — Contact us
For anything relating to this policy, or to make an access, correction or deletion request, reach the team directly.
